Practice-Led Agile Coaching (ICE-AC)
A cohort programme for experienced Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters who want to deepen their coaching presence, expand their range and work more skilfully with teams and organisations.
“It builds you into the Agile Coach the industry needs, rather than the Agile Coaches it usually has.”Chris Wolff, Transformation Lead (ICE-AC alumnus)
Practise, seek feedback, then practise again. That is the core of this programme. While most agile coaching programmes teach you in the room and wave you off to practise on your own, this one focuses on repeated rounds of practice and honest, close feedback from experienced cohort and programme leads. Over seven months, we explore the four ICAgile coaching competencies through skill drills, triads and applied quests with your teams — sharing and reflecting on your experiences to improve your performance. You will leave feeling noticeably more confident, intuitive and better at understanding what your teams need. Designed specifically for the ICAgile advanced track, this programme is not repurposed from a general coaching course.

What you will walk away with
A strong coaching identity
Through reflection, practice and feedback you will develop greater self-awareness, emotional agility and the ability to show up as a deliberate and trustworthy presence in complex situations.
Mastery across disciplines
Expand your range across coaching, facilitation, mentoring and training so you can move fluidly between these disciplines and choose the most effective intervention for the moment.
Confidence with conflict and dynamics
Learn to work constructively with tension, emotion and relational dynamics so that difficult moments become opportunities for learning, alignment and growth rather than disruption.
A powerful peer cohort
Join a cohort of experienced practitioners who support, challenge and inspire each other throughout the programme, creating a learning environment that continues long after the course ends.
Programme themes
The programme develops mastery across the four core disciplines of agile coaching.

Coaching
Develop deeper presence, listening and awareness so you can help individuals and teams generate insight, shift perspective and move forward with greater clarity.

Mentoring
Learn how to use your experience skilfully, offering perspective and guidance without creating dependency or slipping into advice by default.

Facilitating
Strengthen your ability to work with groups, guide conversations and adapt in the moment as you read the dynamics and needs of the room.

Training
Design learning experiences that build real capability through experiential learning, reflection and practice rather than presentation-heavy teaching.

“Absolutely fantastic course! It grows you into the Agile coach you never imagined you could be. It builds you into the Agile Coach the industry needs, rather than the Agile Coaches it usually has."
"It’s not the easiest path, but if you want to grow as a coach (and as a person), it’s absolutely worth it."
“This programme is, I can say, a real chance to grow. An invite to think, feel and act. Sometimes exhausting, sometimes annoying, always challenging. In the end, a great experience. Just try it.”
"I have now gained and can apply the skills essential to bridging the gap between theory and truly effective application."
"This program challenged my preconceptions to approach my role more strategically, with confidence and competence. If you want to broaden your impact, sharpen your practice and have fun along the way, go for it!"
Completing the ICE-AC cohort program was truly the most challenging and rewarding education process I ever did. I literally felt like I was growing every day.
"A demanding program that delivers on its promise: turning you into an expert in four core Agile coaching skills. Thanks to the fantastic trainers, what could otherwise be a hardship feels enjoyable."
