Our programmes are built on a coaching model of our own, set out in our book The DNA of Coaching. It maps how a coaching conversation actually moves: three phases and twelve conversational moves that give you structure without a script. It means a single, coherent thread runs through every module, every practice session and every piece of feedback you receive.
