PAUL WILSON
Coaching at moments of change.
Most executive coaches understand pressure from the outside. Paul’s understanding was built in the room.
For 25 years, Paul worked in the media and advertising industry, rising to Global Chief Strategy Officer, working alongside leadership teams at brands like Coca-Cola, Samsung, Heineken, Novartis and Visa.
That experience shapes how he coaches. He understands what it feels like to look composed on the outside while carrying pressure, doubt or uncertainty on the inside. Whether that be a critical pitch, a board presentation, a restructure or a new leadership role.
He helps clients understand what’s happening when they’re under pressure, and then do something about it through small, practical experiments that build confidence and create momentum.
Paul has trained more than 2,000 people across five continents and coached leaders at different levels, from C-suite executives and global teams to leaders moving into new roles. He is a ACC qualified ICF coach also runs the UK ICF’s special interest group on AI and coaching. And he brings the commercial instincts of someone who’s been in the room, and an ability to listen that clients consistently describe as the most valuable part of working with him.
Interview with Paul
Paul: That I would be able to discuss or handle talking about strong emotions… in fact that has now become more central to my coaching approach.
