Train toward the PCC credential

An advanced ICF-aligned coaching programme built on real practice and feedback. Take it as one combined journey from foundations through to PCC, or come to it after you’ve earned your Level 1/ACC. The founding cohort is enrolling now.

Next cohort starts September 2026 — limited places available

Founding cohort — pilot status

This first cohort runs as an uncertified pilot. We intend to apply for ICF Level 2 (PCC pathway) accreditation once it has completed. We can’t call the programme accredited yet, and we won’t until ICF confirms it.

Joining a pilot can feel like a risk. Here it isn’t. The founding cohort can be retroactively credited once accreditation is granted, so the hours you put in now count toward your PCC later. You’re not waiting on the sidelines for accreditation. You’re getting ahead of it.

Your hours count toward PCC

  • Take the Level 2 part at a reduced founding rate that won’t be repeated
  • Your learning hours count retroactively toward the PCC pathway
  • A small cohort means direct access to faculty and detailed feedback
  • You help shape the programme that follows

Who this programme is for

Coaches starting out who want to go all the way and take Level 1 and Level 2 together as one programme.

Existing ACC coaches, including those who earned it with us or elsewhere, who want a clear route to PCC.

Experienced internal and external coaches who want to deepen their practice with structured feedback.

Leaders who coach and want a recognised, advanced credential behind their practice.

What people say...

Real outcomes from coaches and leaders on our programmes

"I'm building stronger relationships much more quickly, which means I can bring people with me and get better ideas and outcomes."
Carl Rogers
Head of Technology Strategy and Delivery at Hiscox London Market
“I’m listening better, asking questions instead of jumping to solutions, and supporting people in a way that genuinely improves their work and wellbeing.”
Dr Kati Förster
Chief Innovation Officer, EssenceMediacom Austria
“The mix of in-person and online worked brilliantly. Building trust early made the ongoing sessions far more powerful.”
Clare Gridley
Senior Principle Agile Program Manager at Discover Financial Services

How the programme is structured

Level 2 covers everything in Level 1 plus two further modules. You progress from foundations through to advanced, assessed practice.

Two ways to take it

Together, as one journey. Take Level 1 and Level 2 as a single programme, with the modules of both levels interwoven, all the way to PCC.

Level 2 Conversion. If you already have an ICF Level 1 Certificate from us or elsewhere, and/or are already an ICF ACC Coach, you can take modules 3, 4 and 5 to bring your education up to Level 2.

Or in two steps. Take Level 1 now and earn your ACC, then add Level 2 whenever you’re ready, even long afterwards. You don’t have to decide today.

    Frequently Asked Questions

The programme is accredited to Level 1.

Level 2 is not yet accredited, and we won’t say it is until it is. This first cohort runs as an uncertified pilot. We intend to apply for ICF Level 2 (PCC pathway) accreditation once it completes.

You join the first run of a fully designed programme at a founding rate. You get the same teaching and feedback, plus direct access to faculty in a small group. In return, your feedback helps shape future cohorts.

Yes. The founding cohort can be retroactively credited once accreditation is granted, so your education hours count toward the PCC pathway. That’s the main reason to join now rather than wait.

Accreditation is ICF’s decision and we can’t guarantee timing. If it were delayed you’d still have completed advanced coaching training with full feedback, and we’d keep you informed at every step. We’re only running this pilot because we’re confident in the pathway.

You could also apply for your credential through the ICF’s portfolio route.

No. You can take Level 1 and Level 2 together as one interwoven programme, all the way to PCC. You can also take Level 1 on its own and add Level 2 later, even long after you’ve earned your ACC. The choice is yours.

Yes. If you already hold ACC, with us or elsewhere, you can come straight onto the Level 2 part toward PCC. You don’t repeat Level 1.

Level 1 is the ACC pathway. Level 2 includes all of that plus two further modules toward PCC. Take both together, or do Level 1 now and return for Level 2 when you’re ready.

Yes — many participants are sponsored by their organisation.

We can provide invoices and any supporting information your organisation may need.

The cost for the founding cohort is reduced.

For the full Level 2 programme, the founding cohort is reduced to £7000 + VAT.

For existing ACC/Level 1 holders, the cost to upgrade to Level 2 is £3,000 + VAT for the founding cohort.

These prices are only for the founding cohort. It’s our thank-you for joining the first run.

Be one of the first. Train toward your PCC now, at a founding rate, with hours that count.
